This role will work closely with the Executive Director of Estates and Capital Projects to ensure the effective and efficient maintenance and management of the estate. This will include the management and co-ordination of the building systems and services across the College estate.
The successful applicant will hold an appropriate professional/vocational qualification suitable to the role as well as previous experience in a similar managerial role.
A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
